Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Finland and all European Union member states.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
For shipments outside the European Union (if offered in the future), any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vlxperformance.fi. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
