Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your VLX purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition and packaging.
- Include all original tags.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at info@vlxperformance.fi within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions by email.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vlxperformance.fi so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
European Union
Customers within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
